Dear friends,
This is the recipe for Sago-Oats kichidi. I tried it yesterday and found tasty.
You will enjoy this snack.

SAGO-OATS KICHIDI

INGREDIENTS

sago -30g
Oats -15g
Green chillies -2( chopped)
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Salt -to taste
coriander leaves -few
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
onions -10g
roasted groundnuts -2tbs

METHOD

Soak sago for 45 mins and oats for 10 mins in water.Ina non-stick pan,heat oil
and add ginger garlic paste and fry till it becomes brown.Then add one cup of
water and let it boil.Add curry leaves and green chillies and mix well.
Add soaked sago and oats ,mix well till water is absorbed .Keep it on low flame for a few minutes
with a whipper lightly break the groundnuts into broken pieces and add.Stir a while and serve hot.
(My better half tried grinding the chillies into a paste and added. It was good
.Chillies are good for improving metabolism.Some can try it once and compare.)
