    Dear friends,

    Hope some of you are trying some of these recipes. Here is a yummy recipe that the kids will love. Yes, here is a nice recipe for
    OATS DOSA ROLL.If cut in crisp thin slices, it can be a good starter with soup.

    OATS DOSA ROLL


    Ingredients

    oats -30g
    Par boiled rice -30g
    Raw rice -30g
    Black gram dhal -10g
    Rice flakes -15g
    salt -to taste
    oil -for frying
    Mint chutney -as reqd
    Tomato chutney -as reqd
    \
    For stuffing
    Thin sliced carrots -10g
    cabbage -10g
    onion -10g
    grated cheese -optional

    METHOD

    Soak the raw rice,parboiled rice,black gram dhal together in water for 2-4 hrs.
    Soak the rice flakes and oats separately in water for 15 mins.
    Grind all the soaked ingredients together into a smooth batter.
    Add salt.Allow the batter to ferment overnight(16Hrs.)
    for the stuffing,heat oil and fry the vegetables ,add salt and remove from the fire.
    For the dosa,spread the batter on a heated pan,add oil and cook on both sides.
    Prepare two dosas for one roll.Apply mint chutney on the inside end of each dosa.
    Sprinkle grated cheese ,place the second dosa on top.Apply tomato chutney ,place a little of the stuffing at one end and roll up.Cut into discs and serve hot.
