dear sir,
i have heard that oupasanam is common nithya karma for all castes. i have also heard that married women in the absence of men can perform oupasanam without mantras. i have also heard that a person who has eaten srartham seshas as a bokta should make others do oupasanam for him
vadhyar said that without mantras means if agnaye swaha means we should say namaha instead of swaha. but he told that he dont know about making others do oupasanam for oneseself. so my question is:
1. how to perform oupasanam without mantras?
2. what is the procedure for making others do oupasanam for us.
