    if we are now eating four idlis for breakfast, let us divide it and eat two now and two idlis later. this way our blood sugar will remain constant . if we are eating six chappatis for dinner, let us divide . eat three at six o clock and remaining at eight o clock. All problems of acidity, indigestion , heart burn will automatically vanish.!
