On 18 August 2011 20:57,
I have heard a few people say that the statue of Lord Krishna playing the flute should not be kept in the house.
I seek your learned view on this matter.
Dasan,

Sri:
The saying is totally unfortunate and baseless.
We can not imagine or even identify Krishna without his Flute and Pea-cock feather?!
No harm will happen by having a picture of Lord Krishna with flute.
Also people are fearing to keep Lord Narasimha's Picture in houses by saying 'Ugra Devada' which is also baseless.
Actually speaking, by blowing flute Krishna will soften our sorrows.
FYI: We are having such a picture for long since in our house.
