Dear Sir, Tomorrow Kanya maatha pirappu. Whether the Sankhramana tharpanam is to be done first and then Mahalaya Tharpanam or other wise. Kindly enlighten.

Actually or normally
as per normal rule the Sankaramanam (masapirappu) tarpanam should be done first.
But, tomorrow, the sankramanam (maadha pirappu) is happening only in the evening at 6.28 pm Chennai
so, I think you can do the mahalaya tarpanam first and then the maasapirappu tarpanam.

I request Brahama Sri. Gopalan Sir to suggest his opinion.
