  • Narayana Bali

    Dear Swami,

    Namaskarams.

I have a question related to Narayana Bali.

I understand that Narayana Bali is the only ritual to be performed for people who die unnaturally.

In the current SriVaishnava post-death rituals, is Narayana Bali already included or should it be separately performed after Subham on 13th day?

Is there any specific day on which this has to be performed.

    Regards.

    Sri:
Narayana bali is a separate karma which will not come under regular rituals
and it is done for demised people who are not eligible for "Sapindikaranam".
So, it is done in the place of Sapindikaranam.

Earliest it can be done on 12th day in a normal case, for others it should be decided by the vadhyar according to other situations.
