What about organ donation ?, It is against our Vedha Dharma

Dear Sir,

As per our Hindu dharma it is there Organ donation is approved, some says in kali that is not a sin. some says we have born with a karma and we have given our body organs back to respective devas.

Is it true ?

Kindly clarify me.

Donating of Organs is not explicitly prohibited by shastras.
Some it has to be derived from other examples.
But at the same time, there are lot of examples in puranas for donating
organs.
In the lineage of 'kuru' vamsa a king transferred the youthfulness of his son
to enjoy.
Actually the limb donation of a brahmin is prohibited because which can be used for wicked and evil works
by some manthrikas.

So, as per my opinion, it is one's own decision and willingness
whether donate or not.
