    Kishkindha Kaanda - Sarga 51
In this Sarga, the Tapasvi tells that her name is Swayaṃprabha and that she is the daughter of Mērusāvarṇa. She tells about Maya, the architect of the Dānavas, who built that Vana and the mansion. She tells that Maya pursued an Apsara by name Hēma and had been killed by Indra, and that Brahma gave the Vana and the mansion to Hēma. She tells that she is a friend of Hēma and looks after the mansion. Then she asks Hanumān to tell about himself and why the Vānaras came to that impenetrable forest.

    After asking thus, Hanumān told
    that blessed Tapasvi,
clad in the skin of black antelope,
    who was devoted to Dharma:

Thirsty, hungry, exhausted and sad in every way,
    we quickly entered this cave,
