தேவையானவை:

வறுத்து, தோல் நீக்கிய வேர்க்கடலை – 2 கப்
வறுத்த வெள்ளை எள் – ஒரு டேபிள்ஸ்பூன்
மிளகாய் வற்றல் – 6 (வறட்டு வாணலியில் லேசாக வறுக்கவும்)
பூண்டு – 6 - 8 பல் ( if needed )
உப்பு – தேவையான அளவு.( வறட்டு வாணலியில் லேசாக வறுக்கவும்)

செய்முறை:

கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பொருட்கள் அனைத்தையும் ஒன்று சேர்த்து மிக்ஸியில் நைஸாக அரைக்கவும்.
சூடான சாதத்தில் சிறிது நெய் விட்டு வேர்க்கடலைப் பொடியைப் போட்டு பிசைந்து சாப்பிட… சூப்பர் போங்கோ

Dear Mami,
Not necessary to post each separately.May be all podis can begrouped under one heading"PODIGAL"and another under say"Rasam", Paneer curries,etc., etc.,
May be it is acceptable to members.They will have under each heading a variety of recipes!

yes as suggested can post a thread for a particular topic.
But, if you fill the tags with suitable search keywords
the individual post will get lot of response through google.
