    Sundara Kaanda Sarga 51

    Sundara Kaanda - Sarga 51
In this Sarga, Hanumān delivers the message of Sugreeva to Rāvaṇa, warning him that he cannot expect to hold on to his life, having committed such a grave offence against Rāma, and tells him that it is in his interest to immediately return Seetā. He warns Rāvaṇa in strong words, saying that he is holding a five-hooded serpent and a fire in his hand in the form of Seetā that will burn Laṅkā, destroying all his kith and kin and everything that there is. Hearing those words of Hanumān and extremely enraged, Rāvaṇa orders him to be killed.
