    Yuddha Kaanda Sargas 34

    Yuddha Kaanda - Sarga 34
In this Sarga, Saramā tells Seetā that she would be happy to go and relate her wellbeing to Rāma. Seetā, still recovering from the shocking but false news that Rāma is killed, asks Saramā that she would rather have her go and find out what Rāvaṇa is planning to do next, as she is worried about the next trick he might pull.
Saramā goes, unseen by anyone, to where Rāvaṇa and the ministers were and hears all that they were discussing. She comes back and reports to Seetā that Rāvaṇa was urged by his mother and a senior minister to give her back to Rāma, but Rāvaṇa would not budge.
Saramā comforts Seetā saying that Rāma will for sure kill Rāvaṇa in the battle and recover her.
