Need help in translating a slokam

Hi All, appreciate if I can get some help in translating a sanskrit slokam. One of friend recently visited a temple in Rameshwaram and on one of the pillars, there was a beautiful image of Shankaracharya, Mandana Mishra and a lady (I guess it is Ubhaya Bharati) and below that was the slokam. Not able to attach the image but will try to word it in English

Yena Sethurvidarana LokAsaBhetaddhetanae |
Kodandena cha dandena rAmena gurnAkruthA ||
