  • Frequently demanding to log-in

    Dear Administrator,
it is really disgusting when i complete a long text and click for preview ,I am again and again asked to login is nothing but harassing a member, thereby I have again to type a full page and thereby getting it duplicated. Kindly do something to avoid this asking a member several times. Please do not misunderstand me in this matter.

    with warm regards,
    Narasimhan.

      Re: Frequently demanding to log-in

      Sri:
What Sri.Padmanabhan sir suggested is the correct method.
All settings have been given to every member.
You can control all of your settings using the User control panel
including your style, Your font, Your profile picture etc. etc.

      Once You log out
then next time when you log in
Click on the Remember Me Check box to make a tick on it
then fill your user name and password and then click the log in button
then it will never ask you to fill your user name and or password in that particular browser
and in that particular system (computer).

Suggestion:- If you type a long text, it is better Select all text by using Ctrl+A (or right click and Select all)
then Ctrl+C to copy and then open a note pad and paste it on that using Ctrl+V (or Edit menu -> paste).
Then hit any button preview or post.
or you can type the matter in Microsoft Word and paste it here after completion
All formation done with Word will be accepted here as it is.
      Thanks for your feedback!
      Thanks for frequest postings!

          Sri:
          Now I made a change,
By default the "Remember Me" box will be checked (selected).
Members who don't want to remember only have to remove the tick by clicking on it.

So, here after it will not ask any member to input the log in details again and again.
This will function only in this style "Back To Basics"
and it will not function on any other styles.
14 Other Styles are there for your selection.
To change the style (Look and Feel) of the forum roll down to bottom and click on the drop down box found at the lower left corner.
