கோயிலில் அங்கப்பிரதட்சணம் செய்வது ஏன்?

அங்கப்பிரதட்சணம் என்பது தரையில் படும்படி படுத்துகொண்டு தானும் சுற்றி(உருளுவது)கோவில் பிரகாரத்தையும் சுற்றுவது ஆகும்.கோவில் பிரகாரத்தை சுற்றி அங்கப்பிரதட்சணம் செய்வது மிகவும் நலம் தரக்கூடிய விசயமாகும்.

பிரபஞ்சத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு இயக்கமுமே ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட ஒழுங்குமுறையில் இயங்குகிறது.பூமி தானும் சுற்றிக்கொண்டு சூரியனை சுற்றுகிறது.சந்திரன் அதன்படியே பூமியை வலம் வருகிறது.ஒவ்வொரு கோயிலின் கர்ப்பக்கிரகம் பிரபஞ்ச ரகசியத்தின் அடிப்படையிலேயே அமைக்கப்படுகிறது.

பொதுவாகவே கோயிலை சுற்றி நன்மை செய்யக்கூடிய கதிர்வீச்சுகள் இருக்கும் அதன் பலன் நமக்கு முழுமையாக கிடைக்க இறைவனை சரணடைந்து உருளுகின்றோம்.இந்த கதிர்களின் தாக்கத்தை நாம் பெறுவதற்க்காகத்தான்,சாமி தரிசனம் முடிந்ததும் கோயிலில் சிறிது நேரம் அமருகிறோம்.

மேலும் சன்னதியில் பல சித்தர்கள்,ரிஷிகள்,புண்ணியம் செய்தவர்கள் கால் தடம் பட்டியிருக்கும்.அவர்களின் பாதம் பட்ட பூமியில் வணங்கினால் நம்முடைய பாவங்கள் நீங்கி வாழ்வு வளம் பெறும் என்பது நம்பிக்கையாகும்.

Nice details about anga pradakshinam. Unknown facts. Thanks. By the by I have a small question here. Can women do anga pradakshinam. So for what I heard is that women should not do anga pradakshinam. If so what shall a woman do if she had unknowingly made a vow to do anga pradakshinam.

Many famous temples are allowing Anga Pra-dakshinam by all types of devotees , whether they are male or female, young or old;
Normally Women do not undertake such Prarthanas when they are in the initial/ or advanced stage of pregnancy.

The Temples which allow them can not stop any person on the basis of their sex, it becomes an infringement of their freedom of worship.

Frankly speaking , i have not come cross any strickcher against this ritual in our Hindu Scriptures.
