In atma pradakshina .. Pradakshina around ourselves ...saying the mantra below Yani kani cha papani ...Janmantara kritanicha.... Tani tani vinashyanti Pradakshinam pade pade ...... how does one rotate around himself ??
In clockwise direction, just like how earth revolves around its own.... but how will i rotate around myself only ... i am only one .... do i have to imagine myself and then rotate around???

Yourself given the earth as example for self rotation, then why there is a doubt?!

Atma Pradakshina Mantra:


The word ˜Pradakshinaâ has a typical meaning.
The letter 'Praâ' stands for removal of all kinds of sins; 'daâ' stands
for fulfilling the desires; 'kshiâ' stands for freedom from future
births; 'naâ' stands for giving deliverance through jnana.
