SIR,

when the topic THEETTU VIVARANGAL is clicked it takes us to SRI VAISHNAVAM .. in which below there is matter I guess about the theettu rules.. but it is in tamil.. sir.. it would be appreciated if the matter is also available in English,, so that many people like me who cannot read tamil will be benefited.. thanku
