Sankalpam for 'kuzhi/theettu' tharpanam

to me
An elder brother performs 'kuzhi/theettu' tharpanam on 10th day to his younger brother...In this case, whats the 'sankalpam'?

................gothrasya.........sarmanaha....gnathi bootha prethasya.....

or

................gothrasya.........sarmanaha....kanishta bhrathuhu prethasya.....

which one is correct?

adiyen sandeham nivarthi panna venumai vignapanam...

As and when you are able to find out and pronounce the correct relation
in all 'vibhakthis', it is most appreciable.
If it is not possible then you can proceed with the former general one.

exept kartha all dayadhi''s should be pronounce as 'gnathi bhoota prethasya".
