Whenever you find time, you can do aradhanam.
The 6 period pooja, Aradhana and other periods of pooja will be applicable only for temples according to Agama in which they are done Prathishtai.
So, no need to follow that.
Do, Thirumanjanam at Ijya (Mahdyahniga Aradhanam) in normal days, except in Dhanur Aradhanam where you can do Thirumanjanam also.
But, you can offer all food whenever it is prepared and it can be offered and then taken as prasadam.
