Doing Abhishegam on Birth day

I have a question. Whether a person can do abhishegam on his birthday. For Example if I have my birthday
on Thursady, can I do abhishegam to Lord Guru Bhagawan on Thursady or am I do it only on the next Thursday.

Hi, There is no bar or nothing wrong in conducting Abhishekam to Lord not only on one's birthday but on all days. As perand advised by the chief priest of a famous temple I have been performing Thirumanjanam to Lord Lakshminarasimha and Thaayaar on all my Birthdays (Janma Nakshshaghthiram) every year at the temple itself by the priests along with one THALIKAI . Without thalikai no Thirumanjanam should be performed to Divya Thambathees.
