Hi, There is a safe site, which will give you the exact of vakya panchangam in Rasi. I do not know about Navamsa perfection, as it may differ from, due to calculation method.

Select vakya and input your details. Get latitude and longitude from other sites, and input there. Just select what you want, like horoscope and dasa etc.
It will be tallying with the vakya panchanga if you give correct details. This is true and you could visit the site to know more .
