Capsicum Raaitha

Capsicum - 3, curds - 1 cup, roasted jeera - 1 tbsp., roasted peanuts - 3 tbsp., red chilly powder - 1tbsp., grated coconut - cup, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Grind roasted jeera, roasted peanuts, red chilly powder and grated coconut to a fine paste. Apply oil on capsicum and roast directly on fire (low fire). Add the masala paste to the curds and mix well. To it add salt to taste and mix well. Later cut roasted capsicum to cubes and mix with curd mixture and stir well. Later garnish it with chopped corriander leaves and serve chilled.
