மஹாளபக்ஷம் - பலகாரம் -துவரம்பருப்பு ஊத்தப்பம்

இது வித்தியாசமான சுவையுடன் இருக்கும் ஊத்தப்பம் முயன்று பாருங்கள்

தேவையானவை :

அரிசி 4 கப்
துவரம்பருப்பு அரை கப்
உளுத்தம் பருப்பு கால் கப்
வெந்தயம் 2 டீ ஸ்பூன்

செய்முறை :

எல்லாவற்றையும் ஒன்றாக ஒரு நாலுமணிநேரம் ஊறவைக்கவும்.
பிறகு எல்லாவற்றையும் கொஞ்சம் 'கரகரப்பாக' அரைக்கவும்.
உப்பு போட்டு கரைக்கவும்.
10 மணிநேரம் கழித்து தோசைக்கல்லில் கனமான ஊத்தப்பங்களாக வார்த்து எடுக்கவும்.
நல்ல பவுன் கலர் இல் நல்லா வரும்.
